I The quality is shocking. Do not buy a shower. We paid over £100 for a plumber to install and the product leaked and was not fit for purpose. You cannot contact the company directly. They only issue a refund if you return the product. I am already £100+ (plumber) and the shower out of pocket. Now I need to find a new shower and pay for another plumber to install. Completely unacceptable. Amazon have also been very unhelpful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
