looks the part and a huge shower head which we were delighted with.... but you pay for what you get and although it looks good it has cheap componants and this was pointed out by the plumber and it does work ok on a warm day when you don't need hot hot water but if you want a really hot shower it does play up and the water temperature will cause it to go colder. a shame but we are bath people so only use it now and again and prob more in hot weather so it prob wonr be so annoying.

I unfortunately had to return this item as I had not realised that the valve casing is plastic. The plumber fitting my bathroom advised that I get a full brass valve as a mixture of plastic and brass may have problems with leaking due to the different components expanding and contracting at different rates. As the shower was never fitted I cannot comment on how well it performs. I was however impressed with the speed of delivery and ease of return.
