I never really knew I needed this, until I purchased this one! It looked great, that was my only reason for purchasing, when I came across it. I truly didn’t know much about a “rain shower”, with the exception of trying haul in groceries for a family of 5, amidst horrible storms. But, it was just too pretty to pass up. With this, we also purchased a detachable dual shower head, for little man, 5, who isn’t about to shower without it.. And a 3-way diverter.. It would all look very nice in the bath.. after a little work. This shower head arrived vety neatly packaged, with foam wrap carefully placed around the head itself, and laid on a cardboard piece with a small cut-out in the center. It was much bigger than I expected, but, Lord, it was beautiful! Within 15 minutes. I had both shower heads and the diverter installed. I’m sure it could’ve easily been done in half the time, if not for having to answer a ridiculous amount of questions from a sassy 5-year-old, insisting that he know he’ll still be able to use “his” shower, and not the “big, scary thing”… To note: Once I turned on this “big, scary thing”, he spent the next 15-20 minutes, standing under it, laughing hysterically, and begging to stay longer (; I won’t lie when I say, I spent almost an hour afterwards, just standing under this amazing shower, that I’d initially purchased because it looked nice. It feels so much more than nice. I think I’ll stay there, and just let them bring me food occassionally (;

The media could not be loaded. For some reason I thought I was getting a 12" rain shower head, because I wanted something a little bigger than 10" one, but this one surprised the heck out of me! This rain shower head is 16" with tons of water nozzles! It's also made of stainless steel a, so let me tell you, this bad boy is HEAVY! We already have rain shower plumbing that comes down directly from the ceiling, so replacing our old one with this one wasn't a problem. Unfortunately this set doesn't come with plumber's tape, a water-flow restrictor, or a shower arm extension if your plumbing comes from the side wall. I have no worries about my plumbing being able to hold the weight of this rain shower head, but keep it in mind for yours if you need to add the shower arm. It took only a few minutes to install this in our shower. The shower head pivots so you can adjust the angle. We really love our new rain shower head. It's so wide and gives great coverage when showering. The water flow is perfect for us, not high-pressured or weak, and gives us the genuine feeling of being in the rain. I don't have anything negative to say about it so far, so it has earned a 5 star rating from me.

I love a rainfall showerhead! I detest small rainfall showerheads, so I had to upgrade the small one I have with a 12 inch one and it definitely made things more enjoyable. I attached this to the ceiling, and it only took seconds to install. I did remove the filter/gauge thing inside before I installed just in case that tried to slow down water flow. As you can see from the video, the water comes out well and that rainshower was a little more on the stormshower setting 😉 I usually don’t run the water that high as I prefer a softer rainshower experience for relaxation, etc. I’ve turned the water up full max and it works great, gets shampoo out of my hair, etc. and on slow water, it is relaxing and calming. Thus far, no clogging of the holes or leaking from the connections. I’ll update if that changes, but if you’re in the market for an upgrade, I recommend this one.
